There’s a balance between pushing yourself, being in flow and doing what really is going to serve your best needs.

#3: ALLOW YOURSELF THE GRACE TO REST
You need the space and the grace to heal, to process the big things in life, to have fun and to recharge the batteries. Don’t ever feel guilty when you know in yourself that you need to rest.

#4: LOOK AT THE STORY YOU’RE TELLING YOURSELF
What is your narrative? You might be underestimating your brilliance because you’ve got stuck on a loop from the past. Maybe a past failure, a break-up or even childhood trauma. Allocate the necessary emotional and mental resources and start processing instead of being in-denial.
